You may be wondering what led me to become an Integrative Dietitian-Nutritionist

Having grown up in a multicultural family in France and lived in Spain for more than 20 years, food has always been very important in my life. Since I was a child I spent a lot of time learning and creating new recipes but also experimenting with the effects that each of them had on my body. I choose a career connected to food, as it allowed me to get to know the food industry and to see with my own eyes how ULTRA-processed many products are nowadays.

For years I worked for various companies in positions of responsibility where I had to travel a lot, which left little time to devote to my own diet. So I set out to teach myself what foods could give me the energy I needed to do my job to the best of my ability and give my family the attention I wanted to give them. Seeing the transformation I was undergoing and how passionate I was about it, I decided to go back to university after 20 years in the workforce so that I could help people like you, armed with the latest scientific and health-focused knowledge.

My training supports my background

In 1995 I graduated in Biology applied to the food industry at the University of Strasbourg, and in 1996 I specialized in International Trade.

For 20 years I have been working in various companies with a very high pace of work, travel and stress.

After several years of studies, in 2018 I graduated as a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist at the University in France.

I studied Preventive Medicine and obtained the DUMAA-University Diploma in Anti-Aging Medicine at the University of Paris-Est Créteil (France).

Nowadays, there is a lot of research in the field of nutrition that helps us to better understand the mechanisms of the human body. Continuous training allows me to specialise in order to be able to help you better and better:

Positive Psychology, I am an Encouragement consultant trained with Kristian Orozco through the Lynn Lott method.

Mindful Eating with Dr. Lynn Rossy at The Center of Mindful Eating in the US.

Sports Nutrition with the help of Anna Grífols- Nutriexper.

All this allows me to analyse your nutritional health in detail and make you a totally personalised proposal.

I will study your tastes and habits to create your exclusive dietary plan. I will be able to adjust to your needs and goals to teach you how to make the right choice at all times.
